Our Community Vaccine Hub will be across two locations, Ruislip & Hayes. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers, who can commit to regular shifts to support our community. We will be running two six hour shifts from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week (including bank holidays) -  shorter shifts can be discussed.

A brief description of your role as a volunteer will include: 

• Overseeing the patient flow management across the site.
• Ensuring smooth arrival onsite of those coming for a vaccination
• Ensuring sufficient patient flow to the clinical assessment/vaccination station
• Effectively communicate with other areas/representatives to avoid congestion
• Ensuring people respect national guidelines such as social distancing and mask protection
• Identifying people that need extra support (carer/chaperone, additional language support) and direct them to an appropriate person
• Assisting in the prevention of overcrowding
• Reporting immediately to a Supervisor anything that is likely to propose a threat or danger to an individual or the vaccination site
• Supporting if evacuation processes need to be instigated
• Communicating with other Marshalls to control the flow

Appropriate PPE will be supplied for this role.
